By accessing or using Praposhan's sleep optimization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Praposhan provides evidence-based sleep optimization coaching and educational content. Our services include:

• Sleep assessments and chronotype identification

• Personalized sleep recommendations and protocols

• One-on-one coaching sessions with certified sleep coaches

• Progress tracking and analytics

• Educational resources and content

Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

IMPORTANT: Praposhan is not a medical service. Our sleep coaches are not medical doctors, and our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or medical condition, please seek professional medical care.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have received from Praposhan.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Certain services require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan

• Provide valid payment information

• Authorize automatic recurring billing (for subscription plans)

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

• No refunds will be issued for partial months

• Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy

For our 1:1 coaching services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to avoid charges.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful code or malware

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

• Use our services for any unauthorized commercial purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Praposhan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use it in connection with our services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAPOSHAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praposhan, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions and liability limitations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
